Aero is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

It is not a substitute for:

• Official FAA publications
• Your aircraft's Airplane Flight Manual (AFM) or Pilot's Operating Handbook (POH)

3. Not for Operational or Safety Decisions

You must not use Aero to:

• Make go/no-go flight decisions
• Assess real-time weather conditions
• Determine aircraft performance or limitations
• Determine personal medical fitness to fly
• Support in-flight or operational decision-making

All aviation decisions must be made using official, current sources and appropriate professional judgment.

4. AI-Generated Content and Accuracy

Responses and quiz content generated by Aero are produced by automated systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.

Aviation regulations and procedures change frequently. You are responsible for verifying all information against current official sources, including FAR/AIM, Advisory Circulars, and other FAA publications.

5. Use at Your Own Risk

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You assume full responsibility for how you interpret and use information provided by Aero
• Aero and its operator are not liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or consequences arising from use of the Service

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
